I did actually survive the plane trip. So welcome to my blog for the trip! I am happy to be able to share this with you all, and wifi is a little tricky so posts won’t be that regular. The last leg of the ride from Miami to Provodenciales was very pretty! I had a whole row of three to myself and a window to look out at all the Caribbean islands we flew by. T&C (Turks and Caicos) is very pretty, and people say it hardly rains, but it has been raining every day this week here. Making roofing a little hard, which is what the majority of the relief work is here. It also includes drywall and clean up of the properties. they said 72 friends’ homes were damaged during the storm and two and half have been repaired out of those 72. So much work is ahead. We have had some interesting experiences already, little kids coming to see the “white guys” and saying “hello Americans!”. And people commenting how nice it is we come and help and that their pastor just takes their money and doesn’t do anything. For now I’ll put some pics from the flight and one of life bunking with the bros here. Include more when wifi is better. I\u00a0Gotta keep you guys coming back for more. \ud83d\ude1c<\/p>\n
